Balance is due at time of placing all Custom Orders. 

Once order is submitted, payment will be processed.

There are NO REFUNDS on custom orders.

All orders will be delivered to Joshua 1:9 Learning Center packaged and labeled with customer name.

Once you receive your order, check over it to make sure everything is correct. If there is any discrepancy, please contact us right away and we will correct the issue.
